My toddler doesn’t get sick often and for the most part she eats and drinks almost everything. But of course, when she’s not feeling well, she won’t always drink or eat enough of what she actually needs.

She loves ginger tea… but not enough to drink a full cup because she says it’s “yaky” 😂
However, she LOVES fresh juices and lemonade.

Day 3 of the Soursop Bitters Challenge 🌿

Quick honest update — I haven’t been going to the bathroom more than normal, but I’ve definitely noticed that things are softer and easier, which honestly matters just as much.

No rushing results, no forcing anything. I’m really paying attention to how my body responds naturally and letting this be a gentle gut-support journey, not a shock to my system. Consistency, hydration, and patience are the focus.
