As I’m packing for our family cruise for my husband’s birthday, I realized I never shared ALL the looks I wore on my bestie’s birthday cruise two weeks ago!!

That cruise HEALED me. It refueled me. It gave me the reset I didn’t even realize
I needed.

I literally came home feeling refreshed, inspired, and EXCITED to plan and get ready for the rest of the year!!! Sometimes you really just need to get away, get dressed, have fun, and pour back into YOU.

And now I’m getting ready for my next cruise… except this time it’s a FAMILY cruise and I’ll be catering to a toddler the entire time. BUT BABY… I will STILL be CUTE!!!

And you already know I’ll be documenting EVERY LOOK because if I’m going to be chasing a toddler around a cruise ship, I might as well look good doing it!

I wanted pineapple juice…
so I made FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE.

That’s literally one of my favorite things about owning a juicer.

No running to the store.
No bottled juice with extra ingredients.
No complicated recipe.

I grabbed ONE PINEAPPLE, cut it up, threw it into my Nama J2 Cold Pressed Juicer and baby…

Not the EASIEST juice to make because baby… pitting all those cherries takes a little patience😩
BUT it is easily one of my FAVORITE JUICES EVER!!!
CHERRY + ORANGE + LEMON + GINGER

Sweet, citrusy, refreshing with that little ginger kick at the end. SOOOO GOOD!!

MAKE IT FOR 2
• 2 cups cherries, pitted
• 4 to 6 oranges
• 2 lemons
• 2 inch ginger

And the benefits are just as good as the taste.
🍒 Cherries are packed with antioxidants and plant compounds that support the body’s response to inflammation.
🍊 Oranges bring the vitamin C and natural sweetness.
🍋 Lemon adds even more vitamin C and that fresh citrus flavor.
🫚 Ginger supports digestion and can help with bloating and nausea.

This is your reminder that EVERY juice doesn’t have to be green to be nutritious and delicious. Find fruits and vegetables you LOVE and create combinations you’ll actually look forward to drinking.

HOLD ON TO WHAT YOU KNOW TO BE TRUE.

I’ll be honest.
Since having my baby, my juicing journey
hasn’t been the same.

In fact, some of the things that used to work for me simply don’t work anymore.
And for a while, that was frustrating.
But then I remembered something that got me where I am today and something I KNOW for a fact to be true:

CONSISTENCY.
Because giving up is NOT an option.
When NOTHING seems to be working…

PIVOT.
And no, I’m not saying completely
change everything you’re doing.
Sometimes you simply need to find a NEW way to do what you already know works for you.

This post might not make sense to everybody,
but mannn… right now, life feels SCARY.
There’s so much uncertainty.
So instead of allowing myself to become consumed by everything I CAN’T control, I’m going back to what I KNOW to be true.
I can prioritize my health.
I can move my body.
I can drink my water.
I can get my rest.
I can nourish my body.
And I can JUICE.
Back in 2022, I invested over $500 in a juicer that completely TRANSFORMED the way I approached
my health.
And years later, that SAME juicer continues to be part of my journey through every season of my life.

My Nama J2 Cold Pressed Juicer has truly been
one of the BEST investments I’ve made in myself.

So with ALL the uncertainty happening right now,
I’m choosing to focus on something I CAN control:
PRIORITIZING MY HEALTH.
Because in the grand scheme of things…
THAT’S WHAT MATTERS MOST.

Waitttt, YES, you can absolutely add RUM to this delicious Piña Colada recipe and baby, we are making it for our END OF SUMMER gatherings!!

It’s fruity, tropical, refreshing and soooo EASY to make!

All you need:
🍍 Pineapple
🍓 Strawberries
🥥 Coconut
🥃 Rum

I juiced the pineapple, strawberries and coconut using my Nama J2 Cold Pressed Juicer, then added the rum before serving.

Pour it over LOTS of ice and ENJOYYYYY!! 🍹

And if you’re making it for the whole family, simply keep the fresh juice mixture alcohol free and add rum individually to the adult servings.
