Carrot Cake Shaken Espresso w/ Cream Cheese Cold Foam 🥕🤍 Syrup (recipe can also be found in my recipes highlight) - •2 cups carrot juice •2 cups brown sugar •2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice •bring a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes Shaken Espresso - •bianco doppio @nespressousa •carrot cake syrup •ice •shake for 30 seconds •sweet cream creamer (@chobani) Cold Foam - •cream cheese •2 tbsp milk •3 tbsp heavy cream •froth until doubled in size/fluffy •pour cold foam on top of shaken espresso & sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice ✨I’m Meg, the Iced Coffee Connoisseur! Carrot Cake Syrup 🥕🧡 •2 cups real carrot juice •2 cups brown sugar (use less if you want it not as sweet) •2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, allspice separately) •bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes •let cool then store in an airtight container (good for 1-2 weeks in the fridge) Tag me if you try this one out & let me know what syrup I should make next! 👇🏻 ✨I’m Meg, the Iced Coffee Connoisseur! I’m pretty bananas for this banana nut latte 🍌 Syrup - •toast 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts •add 3 overripe bananas, mashed •1 cup water •1 cup brown sugar •2 tbsp cinnamon •boil & reduce to a simmer 10-15, then strain Latte - •bianco doppio @nespresso •homemade banana nut syrup •sweet cream creamer @chobani •ice Cold Foam - •2 tbsp milk •3 tbsp heavy cream •1 tbsp brown sugar cinnamon sauce @kyyachocolate (10% off with code “MEGANKYYA10, link in bio) •forth until fluffy •pour cold foam on top of latte •top with a slice of banana nut bread 💛 ✨I’m Meg, the Iced Coffee Connoisseur!
