This is the first Monday of 2026 and the start of a fasting + keepitmoving challenge! At least 30 mins of movement each day and fasting according to your goals and ability. It’s from Jan 5-Feb 5. I like to do ADF, that’s where I lost the majority of my 75lbs. ADF is alternate day fasting. 36 hours of no eating followed by a 12 hour eating window. Though I do water only clean fasts, most of my journey has been with “dirty fasting” I’ll drink low calorie drinks on fast day like Coke Zero, La Croix, Gatorade Zero, Crystal Light, and flavored LMNT. I’ve been in maintenance since mid November but I’m getting back in the swing of things with true ADF for a week or two. It’s a great tool to pick up when you need to.
