Fingercoil My Hair With Me 🤎

I honestly never thought I could feel pretty with my hair this short but baby I was dead wrong. The fingercoils are EATING you hear me! I cut my hair again a few days ago to give my TWA more shape. I tapered the sides and the back and left more hair at the top.

Tried the Uncle Funky’s Daughter Curl Stimulator for the first time and no notes! Gave me definition and my hair wasn’t hard. Shout to my hairstylist for the recommendation.

We completed the April #keepitmoving Walking Challenge! It was laid on my heart to do a walking challenge for the month of April where me and some of followers would walk 30 mins everyday. No distance or step requirements just 30 mins a day. Didn’t have to be outside but I walked outside everyday.

Of course it’s helpful with just being active but I noticed that me being in the sun everyday made me feel more emotionally stable. I’ve worked from home since 2018 and some days I literally won’t go outside so this challenge made me get up and outside even on days I didn’t feel up to it. But I did it! And WE did it. Shout out to everyone who walked with me. Especially makeupbydrmara! Sis did the whole 30 days too! And shout out to Koda lol my boy walked with me most days and he’s trimmed up. He’s also gotten better with leash training.

I saw this dress at Walmart and had to scoop it up! This time of year everyone is looking for a white dress. The white dress would be a perfect affordable option for graduation! Definitely a cute brunch dress too. Love easy no brainer pieces like this.

I Big Chopped my natural hair last Monday on a whim after doing a wig review. My natural hair was in a healthy state 2 years ago after my hairstylist cut off a few inches. But I used a lot of heat on my hair in the front over the last year and half so I decided to start over!

I’ve been making a lot of healthy changes with food and fitness, I wanted to extend it to my hair as well.

Shout out to my hairstylist for the healthy hair gameplan she put together after our in person consultation. She really knows her stuff! And I appreciate how thorough she is in her explanations.

I’m still gonna be wearing my wigs, but I won’t be putting any heat on my hair with leave out for the first six months or so. I picked up some new adhesive sprays to try out since we’re not using Ebin anymore.

I’ll have to keep y’all posted on how I’m liking some of these recommended products!

Grocery + Juicing Mini Vlog

Went to Publix to get some fruit + veggies for juicing. I made a Watermelon Juice with: watermelon, strawberries, and lemon and a Celery Juice: celery, cucumber, green apple, and pineapple. I put a few in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. I’ve seen different stuff online but some say, they last up to 3-5 days in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer.

I’ve had my Kuvings juicer since last summer. Imma fan. It can be exhausting to do a lot of juicing then cleaning up all the parts but it is what it is lol 🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m still glad I have mine. I just do it when I have time.

I have been on a fasting journey for the last 3 months and I started a 30 Day Alternate Day Fasting challenge a few days ago so I only drink these on my feasting days.
