I Big Chopped my natural hair last Monday on a whim after doing a wig review. My natural hair was in a healthy state 2 years ago after my hairstylist cut off a few inches. But I used a lot of heat on my hair in the front over the last year and half so I decided to start over! I’ve been making a lot of healthy changes with food and fitness, I wanted to extend it to my hair as well. Shout out to my hairstylist for the healthy hair gameplan she put together after our in person consultation. She really knows her stuff! And I appreciate how thorough she is in her explanations. I’m still gonna be wearing my wigs, but I won’t be putting any heat on my hair with leave out for the first six months or so. I picked up some new adhesive sprays to try out since we’re not using Ebin anymore. I’ll have to keep y’all posted on how I’m liking some of these recommended products!
