Meal Prep with Me! I’ve lost 70-75lbs over the last 2 years with Alternate Day Fasting (36 hrs of no eating followed by a 12 hr eating window) & exercise of course. On feast days it’s important for me to have food on hand and ready to go so I don’t DoorDash as much, because I still do some days lol If I’m busy some weeks I will use a meal prep service to save time.
