I’m doing 75 squats a day for the next 75 days. With day 1 in the books, I’m already sore and nervous to do my first set in about ten minutes from now lol. Why am I doing this? Because it takes me like just over a minute 3 times a day. Every time I start to get into a groove something in our world changes (dropping naps, potty training, different kid activities lol) and I just need to do something to feel like I’m getting something done.
