Our second time at @southseasresort … and somehow we fell in love with it in a whole new way!

Last time it was slow mornings by the main pool, collecting shells, and golfing on The Clutch… ⛳️

This time we got to experience all the new — the water attraction with a lazy river and 6 slides (major hit with the girls 💦), and the newly renovated Beach House right on the sand (even with the weather being off, the food was SO good 👏🏼)

And one of my favorite parts… mom & dad snuck away for a little date night while the girls hung out at Camp-tiva (their kids camp offered select days + weekends 🙌🏼)

It’s just one of those places that makes traveling with kids feel easy… and still gives you moments to actually enjoy it too

PS — there’s a spa coming… LADIES 👀✨

ok but THIS is the kind of beach toy I’ll never forget to pack again 😂

we brought this little surfer toy to the shoreline and Mila was OBSESSED… just watching it ride the waves over and over 🌊

no snacks, no ipad, no “mom come here” every 2 seconds… just her playing and me actually sitting for a minute 🙌🏼

this might be one of the easiest beach trips we’ve done with the girls 🤍
our stay at @sanibelarmswest_ was one of those trips that just felt simple in the best way the beach was steps away, everything we needed was close by, and we weren’t constantly packing up or running around
we stayed in a 2-bedroom beachfront villa which made it so easy with the kids… full kitchen, space to spread out, even laundry 🙌🏼
we grabbed groceries from @jerrys_foods when we got in and basically lived in our swimsuits after that 😂 back and forth from the beach all day without even needing cover-ups
we did bike rides with @finnimoresbikeshop, ice cream stops at @magicbusicecream, and dinner at @mudbugscajunkitchen which was sooo good
and the girls’ favorite part — a dolphin cruise with @captivacruises 🐬 seeing the dolphins up close like that was something they won’t forget
this trip just felt easy… and as a mom, that’s everything 🤍
