Morning skin care routine // Three face creams that you can use if you have sensitive skin row, Probiotic Power Serum, Biome Barrier Cream and Vanicream Moisturizing Lotion Pump, moisturizing lotion. I have rosacea and sensitive skin, so I have to be really careful but these have all been a game changer and have not affected my skin and have just made it have a nice glow and it’s beautiful. Highly recommend.

OOTD hot yoga/ Pilates sports bra and peloton leggings. Day 1 of a 3 day water fast because we are 51 in perimenopause and need our yearly reset.
