Why did I think painting burgundy walls with polyurethane stripes in this master bathroom was a good idea 20 years ago?! I so obsessed with paint techniques when we added a second floor to Willow House back in 2005. It was definitely a form of therapy at the time but boy do I regret this paint choice right about now because I have to sand them all down before I can prime and paint.
