I love a wrap skirt. I love this one so much. I got it in three colors! These have that Farm Rio vibe (but the price is definitely NOT).

This is the kind of thing I like to wear to a summer party with a T-shirt, tank and a simple sandal. Lightweight and not too precious! I’m about 140lbs, size 4/6 and I’m wearing a medium.

Shopping at Anthropologie when you’re over 50 and curvy can be hit or miss… here’s what worked.

I spent a few hours at Anthropologie pulling spring pieces that caught my eye… and then tried them on so you could see what actually works on a curvy over-50 body.

Not everything made the cut—but these pieces did.

The ones I kept felt feminine, easy, and flattering in all the right places (which is always the goal, right?).

Spring style should feel joyful and effortless—not like you’re fighting the clothes. I got you.

Here’s a few EASY practical everyday outfits to start off your spring-lightweight sweaters and denim-great pieces (stylist approved) and easy on the budget too.

I’m about 140lbs, wearing a 28 in the Mavi rigid denim, a small in everything else.

SPANX is doing a 20% off sitewide sale in the LTK app, so I’m sharing a few pieces I wear all the time.

One thing I love about the SPANX jeans is the built-in tummy and waist control panels — they’re incredibly flattering but still really comfortable.

I also linked my favorite ponte wide leg pants and some AirEssentials pieces because they are unbelievably soft.

At 5’4”-right there at the top of the petite option- I find that Spanx work better for me in the regular length. I can always shorten pants a little, but I can’t make them longer! If I were any shorter, the petite would be just fine. I sized up (to a medium) in the straight leg jeans for a more relaxed fit.The ponte pants are a small (true to size). The cropped patch pocket jeans are a small (true to size). I typically take a small in the Air Essentials, I ordered a medium petite in the barrel leg pants, but probably could have done the small-depend depends on how relaxed you want them to be.

Oh girlfriend… this is exactly how it started. 💛

I spent over 10 years styling women in-store at Nordstrom, sending them home with beautiful pieces that fit like a dream. But do you know what I kept hearing?

“I just need you in my closet every morning.”

And honestly? They weren’t wrong.

It’s one thing to buy something fabulous.
It’s another thing entirely to know how to wear it with what you already own.

So I started going into my clients’ homes — evenings, weekends, whenever I could — and we got to work. We figured out what was missing. We built outfits. We took photos they could reference later. We edited, organized, and yes… sometimes made a little mess before it got better. 😉

Those sessions turned into some of the most meaningful relationships of my life. 🫶🏻

What began as “just helping a little extra” is now what I do full-time — teaching women in their own closets and side-by-side while we shop. I want you to understand your body shape, the fabrics that flatter, the silhouettes that polish you instantly… and how to pull it all together with confidence.

I don’t always film these sessions (because privacy matters and we are WORKING when we’re in there 😂). But this time, my sweet friend Beth let me bring you along.

This is going to make a fantastic transitional weather piece. The fabric is heavy enough to be a little bit substantial and the dress itself so easy to layer. I in between a size 4 and six, and I purchased the six because I’m a little bit busty and it’s perfect. If you’re not busty, go with your true size.

I recommended this soft, pretty sandal last year too. It’s a classic. A closed heel means you can wear them with browsers and longer jeans and not get the hem, stuck under foot. The heel isn’t too high. It comes in several neutrals/metallics.
