Today is my 51st birthday and I gave myself a gift that might just get me 51 MORE. Here’s to good health and a strong body. I’ve gotten a little lax with my workouts and started settling for “Well, I’m middle-aged, not much I can do about the softness coming on. What’s the point?” I was a little tired of my typical workouts. I’ve been following @caraloren on IG for a while now, a mom of 4 who is incredibly fit. She has a fitness app and I just decided it’s time to give myself a swift kick in the butt and get back to work! I signed up. The Burn app was developed by Cara to keep busy women on track with their fitness goals. There are 8 total programs to choose from and a bunch of quick mini workouts to target specific muscle groups. You don’t need much equipment and you can do the workouts at home or in the gym. Follow along as Cara shows you how to do each move and advance as you complete each set. It’s like a game you don’t want to lose! I’ll admit-these workouts are tough, but you’ve got to push yourself if you’re gonna reach your goals.
