Honestly, it’s really hard to stay fitness- and wellness-focused while traveling.

As many of you know, I travel a lot—almost continuously. Constant flights, new places, new environments… and in that kind of lifestyle, you often feel a bit lost, like you have to start everything from zero again. Finding a gym, finding a market with good organic food—it can be quite challenging.

It’s much easier when you travel just a few times a year for vacation. But when it becomes your lifestyle, that’s where the real challenge begins. Balancing the joy of travel—new places, new people—with maintaining your wellness routine.

Waking up early, doing Pilates or going to the gym, cooking your own food (which, honestly, can be difficult in some places), staying consistent with work and learning, and still making time for yourself—morning and evening rituals.

And then there’s the environment. For example, before I was in a dry, almost desert-like climate, and now in Khao Lak it’s extremely humid—so even my skincare routine completely changes. And this happens every couple of months.

I’m not complaining—I truly love this lifestyle. It gives me so much inspiration, эмоции, and a real sense of purpose. But like with anything good, it’s all about balance—so you can actually support your health and well-being.
