The BEST birthday gift for my little reader! 🥹📚

I got myself a Kindle Paperwhite last year and reading has become one of my favorite hobbies! At the same time I’ve watched Iya also fall in love with books asking to go to the library weekly, and she won an award at school for being the best reader in her grade 😭 mA!!

She’s been asking for a kids kindle for her birthday and I was pretty set on getting that device but since she loves graphic novels I decided to go with the Kobo Clara Colour. It’s honestly PERFECT for her! It’s 6” just like the Kindle Basic but it’s waterproof and is beautiful full color 😍 it really looks like paper! It has built in Libby (Overdrive) integration which is fantastic since we love supporting our local libraries and each have our own cards. I’m not fully satisfied with Overdrive’s UX ugh but it does the job well enough for now, I can elaborate if you have questions.

Of course I had to put together the full bookish girly setup 😭 it’s perfect and she’s so happy!!! 🎀
