Cookie recipe below!! And linking My fav Baking pan + silicone mat!

Preheat oven to 350
In medium bowl sift together 1.5 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt
In another bowl, beat together 1/2 cup ROOM TEMP butter, 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 6 tablespoons granulated sugar for 2 minutes with electric mixer until smooth
Add 1 egg + 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix on low

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix until just combined - don’t overmix.

Add 1.5 - 2 cups chocolate chips and stir with wooden spoon.

Form into balls and bake 10ish minutes until barely golden brown. Sprinkle with a little sea salt when you remove from oven. Then transfer to wire cooling racks
