I’ve been wanting a small cognac crossbody bag to match my cognac sandals and boots, and I’ve been so happy with this small leather crossbody purse I found at Quince! It’s made of luxe Italian leather, has an adjustable strap (also removable), and is the perfect size for the essentials - my iPhone Pro Max, keys, cards, lip balm, etc. It comes in black and like a bone white, too. Checked another activity off of our summer bucket list and had a water balloon fight this weekend! These reusable “water balloons” I found on Amazon are so much better than the OGs. They’re soft, and they won’t leave any debris/choking hazards behind. They’re super absorbent, which the kids love, but they dry fast too (just wring them out and set them in the sun). These make for great for backyard entertainment for kids of all ages. Linking my exact here as well as some other options.

Want to spend less time cooking, but don’t want to meal prep every weekend? 🤨

👉🏼 Try batch cooking!

Whenever you have to spend time making a meal, double or triple the recipe! Even if it’s just the meat portion. This will create intentional leftovers that you and your family can eat over the next couple of days or freeze for later.

I love batch cooking chicken, pork tenderloin, ground turkey taco meat, sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, quinoa, and brown rice. It’s nice to have healthy items consistently on hand that can be mixed and matched to create a variety of meal combinations.

I also batch cook egg white, veggie, and chicken sausage bowls twice per week for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast.

Batching doesn’t just optimize time spent cooking - it gives you more time for family and friends, saves you money when you can buy in bulk, and ultimately saves you the stress of having to cook every single meal every single day.

I prefer this method to spending precious weekend time meal prepping, especially during these warmer months. There’s just so much I’d rather be doing!

Here are the hair growth supplements I mentioned on my IG story! These both have great reviews on Amazon, so highly recommend clicking through (they’re both linked here) and reading reviews. But here is my testimonial! I’m still experiencing postpartum shedding, but the hair is coming back quickly which did not happen with Luca so I do attribute it to these products. Set up our patio furniture this week and decided to add a little privacy wall behind it using faux outdoor trees Dane found on Amazon! Going to fill in these planters with either rocks or rubber mulch, still deciding. But so far very happy with how this turned out! We didn’t want to plant real trees here because we were afraid they would draw in the deer. Plus, we didn’t want the roots so close to the house and patio.
