happy ✨fun drink friday ✨ here’s how to make an earth-inspired iced matcha latte:

matcha:
1.5 tsp ceremonial grade matcha (I used @Rocky’s Matcha)
1/4 cup water at 176F

sift the matcha, add the water, whisk in an M motion for 2-3 min making sure the whisk doesn’t actually touch the bottom of the bowl

blue milk:
1tsp butterfly pea flowers
1/4c water
1/3c milk (I used almond barista)

directions:
add the butterfly pea flowers to water and wait a few minutes for the water to turn blue
add milk and froth it til it becomes thicker and foamy (you’ll want this so it stays as a layer)

serving:
add ice, milk, and top with matcha!

enjoy!
