Down 100+ lbs and these are the exact things that actually helped me along the way 🤍

GLP-1 is from Elliemd.com/nicolew

I tried for YEARS to lose weight with just diet and exercise… and I kept starting over.
What finally changed everything for me was focusing on simple habits, consistency, and tools that made it easier to stay on track.

This isn’t about doing everything at once — it’s about finding what works for YOU and building a routine you can actually stick to.

From protein options that don’t taste awful, to daily habits that helped with bloating, energy, and staying consistent… these are the things I kept coming back to over and over again.

If you’re on your own weight loss journey, save this for later so you have everything in one place 🤍

Size: XL • Walmart just casually dropped the CUTEST leopard pajamas and I’m obsessed. They’re insanely soft, stretchy and giving expensive cozy-girl pajamas without the expensive price tag.

For $20, these are such a good Walmart find for lounging, cozy fall mornings, girls’ trips, holiday gifting… or convincing yourself you needed another pajama set.

These are the Amazon basics that are going to immediately elevate your wardrobe. From the perfect everyday tees, to the softest pajamas, jeans that make your butt look good and of course the best wireless bras and seamless underwear. Lots of these pieces give the look and feel of expensive brands like Aritzia, Zara and Skims!!

My Favorite eye patches

Blouse: Large Jeans: 33 I was fully prepared to tell you these jeans were NOT worth the splurge… and unfortunately for my wallet, I was wrong. The fit. The drape. The wide leg. The way they make your legs look a mile long?! I get it now. I’m usually an affordable denim girl, so if I’m telling you a pricier pair of jeans is actually worth it, KNOW that I mean it. They’re giving expensive, effortless, cool-girl denim and I can already tell I’m going to wear them on repeat. Paired them with this polka dot top for the easiest elevated fall outfi

I think I just found THE fall dress and it’s on sale right now. The chocolate brown, the oversized floral print, the wrap waist… she understood the assignment. It’s one of those dresses that looks so elevated but is still comfortable enough to actually wear all day.

Perfect for fall weddings, family photos, date night, Thanksgiving, fall events or anytime you need an easy outfit that makes it look like you tried way harder than you did.

These recent purchases were WAY too good not to share.

From the instant boob job, to the viral New Balance sneakers I'll be wearing nonstop this fall, to the Amazon bag that looks designer, the softest lounge set, heatless curls that ACTUALLY work, beauty tools, the hairbrush I didn't want to spend the money on (but now completely understand), the most heavenly perfume + laundry scent... these are the best things I've bought lately.

Basically: Amazon finds, fall fashion, beauty must-haves, everyday essentials + a few little luxuries that are 100% worth the hype.

I found this Free People-inspired striped knit set on Amazon and loved it… but the second I cut the neckline and turned it into an off-the-shoulder set?! OBSESSED.

It gives that effortless, slouchy Free People look for less, and the wide-leg pants + oversized fit are SO good. This is exactly the kind of Amazon fashion find I’ll wear for travel days, brunch, errands and basically anytime I want to look put together without actually trying.
