I’ve been sharing outfits long enough to have photographic evidence of every style era I’ve gone through 😅 (2013 might be the most cringe) And while I don’t regret any of them, over time I’ve quietly moved away from a few things that just stopped feeling like me. For the last several years, I’ve found myself reaching more for pieces that feel a little more polished, comfortable, and easy to wear day-to-day. Things like:
• cleaner denim instead of heavily distressed pairs
• simpler accessories over bold statement necklaces
• tailored fits rather than overly tight pieces
• styles that are comfortable enough to actually live in
• and trousers (elastic waist please) or elevated lounge instead of joggers for everyday outfits None of these are “rules.” Style evolves, and what works for one person may not for another. These are just the shifts that have felt right for me lately. Curious — what’s something you’ve quietly stopped wearing over the years? Save this for your next closet edit 🤍 LTKPetite LTKOver40
