Many of you have been asking about my skincare routine, so I’m sharing my PM routine ✨
I’m 50 with combination skin (normal with an oily T-zone), and this routine helps keep my skin balanced, hydrated, and protected.

Please note: I know it’s 12 steps—I even felt a little overwhelmed writing this out 😂 Just remember, you don’t have to do every step. This is what I personally do in the winter and when I need to remove makeup, and honestly, the extra steps only take a few extra minutes.

PM Routine:

1. Double cleanse – absolutely necessary when wearing makeup. Farmacy Green Clean Fragrance-Free Cleansing Balm or Dermalogica PreCleanse Makeup Removing Cleansing Oil (you only need one—pick the texture you prefer).
2. Cleanser – gentle water-based cleanser: Avène Cleanance Cleansing Gel or Byoma Creamy Jelly Cleanser.
3. Exfoliant – Naturium BHA Liquid Exfoliant 2% (if you have sensitive skin, use every other day when not using retinol/retinal). If you aren’t using an exfoliant, I highly recommend trying one.
4. Toner – TIRTIR Milk Toner (optional).
5. Essence – Estée Lauder Soft Clean Infusion (optional).
6. Retinol/Retinal – If you’ve never used a vitamin A product, start with a retinol 2–3 times a week and build up your skin’s tolerance. You can try a retinal product once your skin has become accustomed to retinol. Options: Paula’s Choice 1% Retinol Treatment or Avène Retinal 0.05%.
7. Serum – Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Anti-Aging Serum or Avène DermAbsolu. Using a serum can also help reduce irritation for sensitive skin when you start your retinol journey. You can apply this before retinol if needed.
8. Moisturizer – Lancôme Rénergie HPN 300 Peptide Cream or CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream.
9. Eye cream – Avène Triple Action Eye Cream (I skip this most days and nights).
10. Face oil – Chasma (I use this during winter months but skip it the rest of the year).
11. Lip treatment – The Ordinary PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum (every other day).
12. Lip balm – Vaseline or Flexitol Lip Balm.
