✨ Creamy Baked Marry Me Chicken — My Version 😍 ✨
This one’s a cozy, creamy, flavor-packed dinner that never misses! I used my own twists to make it extra dreamy perfect with mashed potatoes, broccoli, and grilled asparagus 💕

520 kcal, Protein~52 g, Carbs~24 g

🍗 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
• 6 large chicken breasts (sliced in half — I used a full long row from Walmart)
• 2–3 handfuls cherry tomatoes 🍅
• 3 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolved in ~1 cup hot water)
• 1 cup heavy cream 🥛
• 3–4 tbsp red pesto
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional for that crispy top!)
• 1 tsp each: paprika, Italian seasoning, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, oil seasoning
• 1–2 tsp Himalayan salt 🧂
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil

🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes
• 6–8 potatoes, peeled & cubed
• 4 tbsp cream cheese
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tsp garlic (minced or powder)
• 1–2 tsp parsley flakes 🌿
• Salt, pepper & butter to taste

• Steamed broccoli
• Grilled asparagus — cooked with olive oil, sherry, salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 420°F (215°C).
2️⃣ Arrange halved chicken breasts in a greased baking dish with cherry tomatoes.
3️⃣ Season with all your spices + a drizzle of olive oil.
4️⃣ Mix chicken bouillon, heavy cream & red pesto — pour over the chicken.
5️⃣ (Optional) Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
6️⃣ Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, until golden, bubbly, and fully cooked.
7️⃣ While it bakes, whip up your mashed potatoes and veggies!

Serve it all together — that creamy sauce over the mash with broccoli & asparagus on the side? Chef’s kiss 🤌🔥
