DIY this modern vintage mushroom lamp with no paint and no mess. 1. Clip-on lamp shade attached to an LED lantern 2. Place a puck light in the bottom of a clear vase. 3. Line the vase with a white sheet of paper by rolling it into a cylinder and trimming off the excess paper. 4. Place the shade on to of the vase and voila! 5.
