First night in Aspen and Catch Steak was calling us back. 🏔️🥩 We came here last fall and I knew immediately we would be back. Off season Aspen hits differently — quieter, more intimate, and somehow even better. But let's talk about this dress for a second. Brand new spring launch and it comes with a matching belt — which is gorgeous — but I wanted to take it somewhere a little more western for tonight so I swapped it out for one of my own belts. I actually had a shoe repair shop punch extra holes in it so I could cinch it at the waist. A little effort. Completely worth it.
