Monday Motivation: there is no better time to start than now💪🏼 At the beginning of the year I started 1 min hangs I need to get back to those but it helped improve my grip and overall strength I started lifting heavier with a focus on my shoulders back and glutes I could not do pull-ups While mine are still a work in progress, unassisted pull-ups is PROGRESS So set a goal and stay consistent no matter how long it takes you.
