Well, I’m on my way 😛 I started using this before my first competition using the Air 3. I recently got an upgrade to the Air 10 and love its cooling feature❄️

Less to no hair over time, it grows in lighter and thinner which means shaving 🪒 less often 🙌🏻

Monday Motivation: there is no better time to start than now💪🏼

At the beginning of the year I started 1 min hangs I need to get back to those but it helped improve my grip and overall strength

I started lifting heavier with a focus on my shoulders back and glutes

I could not do pull-ups
While mine are still a work in progress, unassisted pull-ups is PROGRESS

So set a goal and stay consistent no matter how long it takes you. Let’s go 💪🏼
