I’ve discovered Old Navy has the best activewear! This one is out of stock but they have very similar options on sale.

Today’s workout was an easy 3 mile jog, and my own dumbbell workout.
✅ 3 sets of chair dip, 10 reps
✅ 30 pound sumo squat, 15 reps, 3 sets
✅ 15 pound curtsy lunges on each leg for one rep, 10 reps on each side for 3 sets
✅ 30 pound hip thrust, 15 reps, 3 sets
✅ 15 pound front squats, 15 reps, sets

Such a cute workout set from Target!
Walked an hour on 12% incline at 3.0 for the majority of the time, but turned incline down a bit if my heart beat was crazy. Also, did arm machines today for 30-45 min

At 40 we are chasing strong, not skinny; feeling good and healthy is a daily commitment. I fail constantly, but investing in stewarding my body is something I’m not giving up.

Last day this week means 40 min / 2 mi. walk incline 12% at 3.0 and full body circuit (mostly 3 sets of 15)

Absolute favorite workout clothes! They are affordable and so much more comfortable than my Nike shorts @Target

Workout for today was a comfortable slower jog for 2.5 miles then walked a cool down .5 miles

30ish min of weights- today was an arm dumbbell workout, 10-15 reps & 3 sets of each…

✅ hammer curls
✅ overhead tricep extension (sitting down)
✅ lateral raises
✅ tricep kickbacks
✅ dumbbell rows

Used plexus slim & active in my cup🥰
