Workout for today was a comfortable slower jog for 2.5 miles then walked a cool down .5 miles

30ish min of weights- today was an arm dumbbell workout, 10-15 reps & 3 sets of each…

✅ hammer curls
✅ overhead tricep extension (sitting down)
✅ lateral raises
✅ tricep kickbacks
✅ dumbbell rows
