Weekday lunch prep is in full force. These were G’s request for the week and are SO simple to make.

🍕 PIZZA MUFFINS 🍕

Here’s how you make them ✨

•choose your bread. I’m using stale Hawaiian rolls, but I also make them with leftover bread crusts too.
•2 eggs
•shredded mozzarella cheese
•Italian seasoning (oregano, parsley, basil)
•garlic powder

Stir to combine. Spray a muffin tin and scoop in. Bake on 400° for 10-12 minutes. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
