The Gymshark fit (shorts and bra) now come in new colors of white and pink - but these are two of my favorite pieces from Gymshark. I protected my face and décolletage with a combo of two sunscreens for 20% zinc oxide protection (Juice Beauty) and a little extra color (Tarte) to match my tanner. Also recommend the lavender scent of the mineral deodorant over the unscented. Had some pre workout and did a leg circuit and glute focused lifting session. Front squats in cool baby blue long sleeve crop paired with monochrome workout outfit in ash grey’s and white crew socks for soft summer color seasons. Using 2-35 pound dumbbells on my blue foam puzzle mat (always wearing AirPods).

Front squats with dumbbells are of my favorites for posture and the glutes that I’ve neglected but been adding back into my routines recently: try 3 sets of 12-15 in your next lower body or circuit workout. Use a weight that you can get through all reps with proper technique (the last 2 reps of any exercise are most important to your brain, how you perform these will be what your brain and body remembers most) but still a challenging resistance. Move through the full range of motion pausing for ~2-3 seconds at the bottom of the squat. Rest 30-90 seconds between sets (shorter rest for more cardiovascular challenge with a lighter weight). Front squats also challenge your core, having to work to keep your spine neutral and upright throughout the exercise.

My most INTENSIVE night (pm) face, neck and chest skin care routine for maximum results (*after tolerance to exfoliants and antioxidants have built up, I use as often as needed): 1: Cleanse with with antibacterial soap. 2: *Salicylic acid (bha) to spot treat acne as needed, 3: *Glycolic acid (aha) to exfoliate top layers of the skin, 4: *Retinol (retinyl esters) to increase cell turnover and collagen, 5: Moisturizer to add hydration, 6: Petroleum layered on top to lock it all in. All products can be found on Amazon and Target (*Target does not have A313) - see the product sets by store on my shop!

After cleansing, I alternate between glycolic acid and A313 retinol at night (sometimes using both since my tolerance has increased) as part of my skin care treatment through the week, only using salicylic acid as needed (applied as a spot treatment first). These skincare products help with acne, brightening skin, resurfacing/cell turnover and collagen production for smooth, glowing skin.

PHASE 1: Bodyweight only.
PHASE 2: Using 2 dumbbells in each hand with arms positioned around the working leg.
PHASE 3: Tossing 1 dumbbell to land inside the working leg.
PHASE 4: Tossing 1 dumbbell and moving it to the outer side of the working leg.

Try adding 3 sets of 6+ reps/side into your next lower body or circuit workout, with a 30 second rest in between sets.
