This little device makes some bold claims which I will break down below BUT I want to give my final thoughts first.
Do I recommend it? YES! ESPECIALLY if you have tension in your jaw/neck. The warmth and vibration of the red mode were the game-changers for me—it felt incredible and instantly eased tension and pain. As for the light therapy benefits, that’s still to be determined. I do believe in the power of light therapy and use a mask *most nights. If your main goal is the benefits of light therapy, I’d recommend investing in a mask you can wear for 20 minutes a day. (I’ll link mine)
If you love using a gua sha, you’re going to love this! It contours the face perfectly, and I noticed immediate results in reducing swelling in my face. However, for the best results, consistent use is key.
