I always get asked where I find large clear nursery pots for my bigger plants — and after searching everywhere, this is the widest one I’ve found at 11.65 inches. They come in a pack of 3 and each pot includes its own tray (which I love).

The plant mess stays right here, not all over my house 🌿
Say hello to my mobile potting and repotting station.

It’s on wheels, so I can roll it wherever my plants need me. I added a cooling rack on top, make sure it’s at least 16 inches long, and it creates the perfect mess free surface for repotting smaller plants.

I keep two scoopers on hand for different size scoops, and of course my go to soil mix. It’s equal parts FoxFarm Organic Soil, perlite, and orchid bark for a chunky, well draining blend that plants love.

Fiddle leaf figs have always been tough for me to propagate, so I was honestly surprised when this worked.
I used a propagation ball, which is a form of air layering, and the results speak for themselves.
The biggest difference came down to the plant. A healthy, actively growing tree is key for getting strong roots.

This DIY potting mix is my go-to because it gives plant roots the perfect balance of drainage and airflow 💨🌱

It’s super simple and works for most houseplants!

I usually start with equal parts, but depending on the plant, I’ll adjust the ratio.

Tall containers can be tricky when your plant doesn’t quite reach the top.

Yes — you can flip an empty nursery container upside down to create extra lift. I’ve done it before, and it works in a pinch.

But I’ve found they can shift over time, especially with heavier plants or after watering. The last thing I want is movement inside a planter that’s holding a big, heavy plant.

I prefer using something built to handle the weight — it feels more secure, more intentional, and it comes in multiple sizes so you can match it to different pots and plants.

And after lifting that thing into place… I’m not redoing it. 💪🌿
