Once melted add onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant Add 32 ounces of seafood stock. Add 4 ounces of tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Add all of your spices mix well let this cook on low for 1 hour or until it’s cooked down to half of the liquids. Add shrimps I used 2 1/2 pounds Let cook 5-7 minutes turn pot off Enjoy!
