spicy salmon crispy rice 🍣

- remove salmon slices and cut
- put salmon in a bowl with sesame oil, kewpie mayo, sriracha. Mix well
- flatten 2 pieces of rice so it's more rectangular. Spray with oil all around the rice
- air fry on 375 degrees for 5-7 mins or until crispy and golden brown
- top crispy rice salmon mixture (I didn't jalapeño or avo on had but if I did I would also top with that!)
