Hubby request steak and eggs for brunch today! I’m not the biggest egg fan (outside of breakfast sandwiches), but I actually really enjoyed these. Swipe for my favorite #pans that are on sale! Recipe 👇🏽

1. Melt butter in a pan.
2. Add a little of the oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes.
3. Add pesto and spread around.
4. Add a dash of red pepper flakes.
5. Crack eggs and poke the yolk so it flattens!
6. Cook until not yolky lol.
7. Flip for another minute.

I diced sweet potatoes and added avocado oil, salt, pepper, and paprika and baked at 400 for 20 minutes.

Steak was made stovetop with the seasoning linked, along with pepper, onion powder, and fresh garlic. Avocado oil on the pan to start. Finished by broiling in the oven for 2 minutes on high to give it more of a fresh off the grill taste.
