Perfecting a “healthier” #icecreamrecipe so that you don’t have to! Made with my #Kitchenaid mixer & #icecream bowl attachment. #Recipe below 👇🏽

2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 scoops protein powder
In your kitchen aid bowl, mix up all the ingredients until everything is combined.
Pour that mixture into the ice cream bowl (make sure it has been in the freezer for at least 24 hours). Turn on your kitchen aid to stir, it's going to be slow but that's what you want. Let it go until it's the consistency you like. Store in a tight container and enjoy after freezing for a few hours!

I’m going to try another recipe next time without the sugar - Greek yogurt and maple syrup for sweetness instead. Wish me luck!

2 cups milk
