✨ My Current Nighttime Skincare Routine | Mindful Recovery Series

Between March and September, my body was put through the ringer. The entire situation as a whole seriously aged me. I didn’t recognize myself for a while and even still today I have brief moments where I feel some insecurities creeping in. But I’ve come to a place of mindfulness where in those moments I make a conscious choice to love and nurture myself through the healing, the transition, and the recovery, instead of criticizing 🤍

Now I’m rebuilding my body (and confidence) through intention. Tonight’s routine is my simple (everyday) skincare ritual: double cleanse, toner, LED light, serum, moisturizer, and facial oil. Two-nights a week I have a more in depth night time skincare routine which I’ll probably make a video of later on.

I do understand healing takes time even if it’s hard to grasp sometimes. This journey of mine is my gentle reminder to love the process.🌙
