Walked a tonnn in beginning, slowly added back in weight training. Once I felt more comfortable, I lifted heavier and worked out more frequently. I also did 75 medium! That helped a ton! & tried to eat healthy & eat protein (this took time lol)

And focused on C section core specific workouts!
