Happy Thanksgiving! This is my favorite side dish. Sweet Potato Casserole Prep time: 10 min Bake time: 55 min Serves 8-10 4 sweet potatoes, baked 1 tablespoon butter 1-2 cups of marshmallows Wash and bake the sweet potatoes at 350 F for 40 minutes. Scoop out and mash the baked sweet potatoes. Add one tablespoon butter to the mix and spread evenly in an oven proof square casserole dish or pyrex. Cover with marshmallows.
