We received one blanket each for the kids when Rio was born and they still enjoy using them at playtime or as a stroller blanket.

Sizing note:
• the “kids” size is very small and now that my kids are 4 and 6, it really only works while they’re curled up sitting somewhere. Better that they used in a stroller or as a light naptime blanket .

• we also have the “throw” size in my own name, which is a more versatile size. They sometimes requested it as a summertime blanket in their beds.

Unless it’s a gift for a baby, I’d recommend going with the Throw blanket size

• Essentials belt xxs. Great basic I have in black and chocolate suede

• Trying on their slouchy straight pants which have a looser, more relaxed fit. Like most Madewell pants these run big at the waist so I have them belted.   Size 00 petite measures 13.75” across waist, 10.5” rise, 27” inseam. After checking these measurements I’m surprised it’s that long since I would usually need a low heel with 27” long pants, so I feel it’s something about the cut and how the pant leg opening pools well around the flats here!

• Levi’s Baggy dad performance jeans in “blue utopia - dark wash” 24x27 - these are non stretch with a relaxed loose fit, including looser at the waist.

These come in regular or Cool Performance Fabric - the latter is a thinner more fluid denim than the more rigid denim styles. I am used to higher rise jeans and did find the back rise to be a little short on me

Little black pleated dress. So flattering and a bit sexy but also elegant and has a little structure. See a different post where I have these on with the leopard kitten heels.

• Aritzia dress size 00, very petite friendly. The 00 Measures 12” across the waist (24” around waist) and about 15” across the bust, material has just a little stretch and back zipper.

This dress fits pretty snug on me, so a 0 would likely be more comfortable for me. With Aritzia items I’m often in between a 00 and 0 as my weight fluctuates.

• schutz Maryana sculpt black suede boots 5.5. Got these a few years ago and still love!

These fit a little small in the foot and narrow at the calf - I am usually a 5 or 5.5 and def needed the 5.5 . Very sexy and flattering but fyi it is a pull on style and fairly slim fit in this size.

Also linked sam Edelman boots that have a lower heel and taller shaft. The size 5 in the Sam Edelman boots were a fairly slim fit on me but calf size goes up with shoe size!
