Talking about one of the items I get asked about most in today’s blog post- my red light mask! 🧖🏼‍♀️ I have and love the @lightsalon Boost LED Mask and have been devoted to it for over a year! I shared all the deets on my site, but the TLDR version is this- I love the mask- It has absolutely helped my fine lines and skin tone! It is an essential part of my nighttime routine- wash face, climb in bed, put on mask and read my book. This is all with the caveat that the skincare products that are worth investing in are the ones you’ll actually use- I use mine regularly but you have to commit to that if you invest in one! Ps- when @frameoflifeproject and I were taking these photos Mike came in and couldn’t believe I’d post these on the internet- No shame here 🤣
