Here has been our family plan for acne over the years. Grace and Jack had normal teenage breakouts but then Grace developed adult acne that we finally have found the formula for. Jack had some light "bacne" and hairline related breakouts from sports and sweating. For the high end: These are what doctors offices and dermatologists recommended for us at the higher price point. The drug store brands, Panoxyl and Diiferin (which used to be a med but now over the counter) are also what doctors recommended for us at that price point. Grace had the most success with the Kiehl's wash, Zo polish, Jan Marini and med combo of Spirolactone (for oil), Doxycyclene (for bacteria) and Alkief gel. Jack did well with more of the drug store products and then some Doxycyclene in high school. Hopefully that helps :)
