Made a quick caramel apple slice bar for my daughter for after school. This is a great small snack or perfect to make for a party or gathering. Melt caramels in a mini crockpot (with a very small amount of water). Stick popsicle sticks into apple slices (cake pop sticks might look cuter but this is cheaper).
