🏃🏻♀️Happy Sunday Runday!🏃🏻♀️ ✨Weekly Check-in✨ Since training has ended for me, I felt kind of unstructured without a running plan. So now I’ve decided to try Hal Higdon’s novice marathon base training plan on the app. Today was a 3-mile base run and is my first run since the B.A.A. Boston 5K. I’m not currently registered for a marathon but wanted to try some longer-distanced running. The only thing for now would be an October 5K.
