Almost 6 months postpartum and still not back to my pre pregnancy weight. Although the weight is not what I’m chasing. Right now I just want to workout to feel good again, feel normal, and most importantly feel comfortable in my body again. It’s hard to be super consistent, but I’ve been getting 3 workouts a week in at least. If I could do it daily I would just for the mental break, but it will happen again in the future. My small wins right now are being able to do box jumps again and I have 1-2 unassisted Pullups back. Yay!
