I did a large in the tees-they do run oversized! I sized up in the USA sweatshirts to an XL to have them be super roomy. A large fit fine but I love a bigger fit. I did a large regular length in the pants. Depending on if you want them to be shorter or not, you can choose the short length, or if you’re taller, choose that. I’m 5’4 for reference.
