Prioritizing protein has been a huge part of my weight loss and muscle gain. I’m getting 100-150g/day and it’s helped with recovery as I push it, fueled my body, and kept me fuller for longer. Do I prefer to get my protein organically from natural sources? Yes (as I’m literally shoving grass fed beef from a local farmer into my mouth) but my priority right now is choosing protein over reaching for something that won’t fuel my body or its recovery and convenience is of the essence 👌🏼 also I’ve always had a sweet tooth and it might as well benefit me in some sort of capacity 😂 Stocking up on some of my favorite grab and go high protein snacks while they’re BOGO 25%!
