You won’t believe the price of this top!! It’s a little cropped, looks great with high waisted jeans!

These swivel chairs are a 10 out of 10!! I still am so blown away by the comfort the style and design!! But mostly the PRICE POINT!!

The cutest white jeans! Don’t be scared by the “barrel jean” it’s a very slight barrel and just so cute!! They have some stretch, I sized down. (Wearing a 0)

DIY ROLLING PLANTER UMBRELLA STAND & SIDE TABLE!
 We turned this simple planter into a beautiful umbrella stand using just a few simple materials—and the best part? It rolls!! Just 2 bags of concrete, some rubber casters, and a modern cedar wood top gave us the perfect combination of form and function! I love that I can easily move it around and without help!

I linked the supplies below! The umbrella is beautiful, I love the floral & faux wood pole!

Ps. you can always skip the wood top for the umbrella stand and fill it with some faux greens, did you see that in the reel?? I love that look too!

I’m absolutely in LOVE! Breathing new life into the lake house has been so rewarding each step of the way…but I seriously can’t get over how AMAZING this parquet tile floors turned out in the sunroom!

We added planking to the ceiling, a bead board wall treatment, color drenched the room for a bold, moody vibe & Installing these large-format tiles completely transformed the space! The parquet tile floor is such a classic design yet added so much unique character, it was the perfect complement to the style I was going for!
