This is quite possibly the only way to get him to stay still long enough for a photo anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Also, I think those scraped knees are here to stay. Every time one heals, another one pops up in its place.

This is my pre-k drop-off, work-from-home, toddler-chasing #momootd. Big fan of comfy, matching lounge sets, because they make me look slightly less hot-mess-mom, even after the toddler threw yogurt in my freshly washed hair.

This one is my favorite perfectly creamy neutral and a breathable, sustainable cotton. I sized up for an oversized fit. Link in my bio and on the @liketoknow.it app. http://liketk.it/39EcQ #liketkit #StayHomeWithLTK #LTKcurves #LTKSeasonal

Pinterest fashion inspo... but make it midsize. 🖤

I’ve seen this done a few times, but I especially love @schultzzie’s take on this trend and was inspired to try it myself.

I love using @pinterest to get outfit inspiration but the most trending outfit photos don’t usually look like me. I’m so glad that seeing midsize and plus size bodies on social media is slowly becoming more normalized, but we’re not quite there yet so I though I’d add to it. If you’re not wearing a trend/style you like because you think you have to have a flat stomach and get rid of your love handles...I’m here to tell ya that’s not true. I’m a pretty solid size 12/large, have a nice little mom tummy from two kids, and some thicc thighs. This is me in a cropped sweatshirt and bike shorts, feeling like a super model.

I style women of all different shapes/sizes/ages and it kills me when I hear a client say “I love this trend but I can’t wear it because _____.” I’m going to do anything I can to change that.

It turns out the baby who has spent half his life quarantined is an avid people-watcher now that we’ve finally started to take him out for (socially distanced) outings. #whoknew

My dress is linked on the @liketoknow.it app with some of my favorite affordable transitional dresses to wear this month. Normally I’d style this with a denim jacket or cardigan but it was still way too hot this weekend. 🍂 http://liketk.it/2VCjz #liketkit #LTKfamily #LTKunder50 #LTKstyletip

I’m itching to break out the Christmas decor and turn 🌲 into 🎄. Last year, Emerson was scared to touch our tree, but I have a feeling that won’t be the case anymore. Send me all your hacks for toddler-proofing Christmas trees please! Or just pray that I suddenly have an endless amount of patience.

I’m linking everything in this photo on the @liketoknow.it app, so if you’re not already following me, head over there for details. 27 weeks #bumpdate: baby brother is feeling HEAVY already and I can’t hang past 7 pm. He’s super active and keeps me up most of the night. I’m not comfortable unless I’m surrounded by pillows. And a cashier told me I must be having a boy because my belly is so pointy (gee thanks, total stranger).

Despite the hard days, I’m so excited to meet this little babe and can’t stop nesting. You can find my comfy outfit (non-maternity but perfect for the bump when I size up) and some of the nursery essentials I’ve collected in this room by following me on the @liketoknow.it app. Link in bio! http://liketk.it/2CPNO #liketkit #LTKbump #LTKsalealert #LTKhome #LTKbaby #LTKfamily

Sun’s out. Bump’s out. 🌞

It officially hit 100 degrees this weekend and I seriously questioned how I’m going to make it to September with this bump. I might be naked by August. Until then, you can shop what little clothing I’m wearing by following me on the @liketoknow.it app! These are all non-maternity pieces (but I did size up because it’s not just my belly getting rounder 😅). http://liketk.it/2Csg3 #liketkit #LTKbump #LTKswim #LTKfamily #LTKunder50

It might be 90 degrees outside, but I’m already daydreaming about fall colors and a September baby. 🌿🍂

The high temp this week is barely in the 90s and I’m already considering becoming a nudist or migrating north. 😅 Luckily @shoppinkblush sent me these super cute and lightweight summer pieces to keep me from doing either. I’m so excited to take these shorts and this ruffle tee with me to the beach in a few weeks! #shoppinkblush #prettyinpinkblush

I’m currently in the car on the way home with a screaming two-year-old who woke before the sun and refuses to nap, but I’m going to pretend I’m still in my happy place, breathing in the salty air and embracing my beach hair. 🌊

My favorite part of working from home is that this is literally my everyday uniform (and spending time with Emerson is cool too, I guess).

These shoes are my favorite color right now and I’ve worn them everyday since I bought them. Also, these leggings are my ride-or-die go-to. They lasted my through my entire pregnancy with Emerson (yes, 10-pound bump and all) and I still wear them every week.

Sharing my super affordable Thanksgiving/fall outfit over on the @liketoknow.it app! 🍂 I’m kind of obsessed with corduroy dresses right now, so I was super excited to find this modest version for less than $30. Just a little toddler athleisure look I put together for E. 🦖⚡️ (But like...let’s be real, everyday is athleisure when you’re a toddler.)

Sweatshirt and joggers are from @stitchfix Kids but I linked some super similar options on the @liketoknow.it app (link in bio). I’m really excited to announce that I’m officially styling kids in addition to women, so of course I had to order Emerson a box! Sweater weather ⛈🍂 has (kind of) arrived in central Texas and I’m so excited to wear this color-block pullover (that was under $20 🙌🏻) like every day. I’m also loving this deep red lip color that @influenster and @shiseido gifted me.

I’m so excited to go to @aclfestival with @dallasbennett this weekend! We only purchased one-day wristbands because it will be our first full day and night away from Emerson, so wish us (okay, mostly me) luck! 😭

Also, stay tuned to see if I end up in rain boots or sneakers on Sunday because there’s no telling what this crazy weather is going to do. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My ultimate mom uniform: super soft tee (relaxed but fitted in all the right places), high-waisted jeans (but let’s be honest: as soon as I’m home I’m probably going to swap those for joggers), and sneakers (bonus points if they’re a fun color like these). 💛👟 Follow me on the LIKEtoKNOW.it app to get the product details for this look and others or click the “Shop My Latest Post” link in my bio. http://liketk.it/2wVIg @liketoknow.it #liketkit #LTKshoecrush #LTKstyletip #LTKunder100

It may be 100+ degrees outside, but I’m already dying to start styling fall outfits. 🤤 It’s hands-down my favorite time of year, even if Texas doesn’t really feel like fall until Halloween. So until then, I’ll be putting together “transition” outfits like this one. All the fall feels without the heat.

I can’t believe how fast this little wildflower is growing. That 18-month mark is sneaking up on us and I’m constantly torn between the excitement of watching him grow into his own person and the sadness that with each passing day he needs me a little bit less. Toddlerhood is so bittersweet.
