How often do you sharpen your knives? And it’s definitely worth thinking about before the holidays. I got this electric knife sharpener free when I bought my knives and I think I’ve used it three times in 20 years that doesn’t mean I didn’t sharpen my knives. I send them out and let the manufacturer of my knives work their magic on them. Many companies do this so it’s worth checking into it… so definitely leaning towards pitching…thoughts?
